In that transaction, Tru Fit Frame and Door Corp. bought the building from United Steel and Wire Co. Tru Fit had been a tenant in the building, and the purchase was facilitated by financing from PNC Bank.

In the other transactions, all leases, Colliers L&A arranged the signing of Bethanna Inc., a charitable organization, for 10,000 sf within a 40,000-sf warehouse building in Hainesport, NJ. The facility is part of a six-building, 80-acre industrial park owned by Mt. Laurel Road LP in the Burlington County community.

Back in the Pennsauken Industrial Park, Mid-Atlantic Wholesale Inc, a janitorial supply distributor, has taken 7,000 sf, relocating to the site from Bucks County, PA. Colliers L&A represented the lessor, local developer Sam Lacroce.

Finally, Parts Source Warehouse, an auto parts distributor, took 5,525 sf within a multi-tenant warehouse in Blackwood, Camden County, NJ. Colliers L&A represented the lessor, Stevens Real Estate.
