Casinos reported $60.6 million in AGP in June, down from $63.6million in May but up 11.4% percent from in June 2003. AGP is mostsimply defined as the total amount wagered by bettors adjusted by subtracting all payouts from casinos.

Black Hawk's 22 casinos recorded $42.9 million in AGP in June for a fiscal year total of $516.3 million, up from $513 million in fiscal year 2003. Cripple Creek's 19 casinos reported $13.3 million in AGP in June, bringing the fiscal year total to $145.0 million, up from $142.6 million the previous fiscal year.

Central City's five casinos earned $4.4 million in AGP in June for a fiscalyear total of $49.7 million, down from $51.5 million in fiscal year. During June, Black Hawk casinos captured 70.8% of the statewide market; Cripple Creek casinos, 21.9%; and Central City casinos, 7.3%. Casinos paid $10.6 million in gaming tax proceeds in June.
