The law firm, which has an international network of 15 offices, also maintains offices in New York City at 75 West 55th St. Ted Lane of Trammell Crow was the broker for Paul Hastings in the transaction.
In addition to the lease deal with Paul Hastings, Reckson, whose Connecticut portfolio totals 1.7 million sf in 10 buildings, reported three other transactions involving nearly 11,500 sf of space at the site. The company inked lease renewals with Poseidon Resources Corp. for 4,281 sf and HCL Technologies for 3,360 sf. Also, the hedge fund, Vinya Capital, signed a new lease deal and has joined the tenant roster at the property with a 3,855-sf lease.
