The new facility will be marketed to general practitioners and specialist medical offices equipped with MRI machines and medical equipment used for lab testing, according to Steve Geltzeiler, director of leasing for Denholtz Associates. The building will be equipped with a Centria panel roof screen to conceal related equipment installed on the roof.
"This development will provide new opportunities for users seeking medical space," Geltzeiler says. "With the rising need for medical space in the marketplace, and strong community support for the project, we feel it will be fully leased upon completion."
Located in the Meadowlands submarket, the building is expected to be ready for occupancy by next summer. The cost of the project has not been disclosed.
