University Club at Howard, located at 700 S. Howard St., was sold for $17.5 million by University Club LLC, says Hendricks & Partners' Detroit office, which brokered the sale. The 120-unit collegiate housing community is not far from Western Michigan University.
Also in Kalamazoo, the Hidden Hills complex at 1302 Emajean St. sold for $14.9 million. The property is a 120-unit collegiate housing community, also near WMU. The seller was HH Apartments, LLC ofKalamazoo, MI.
Both transactions were negotiated by Kevin Larimer, Paul Dietz and John Schmelzle of Hendricks & Partners.
