Located in the city's central business district at 701 13th St., One Metro Center was developed for about $140 million atop an existing Hecht's Department Store. White & Case will relocate to the office facility from its current location nearby at 601 13th St.
"One Metro Center was chosen because it offered the ideal combination of location, growth opportunity, quality office space, and excellent building ownership for the firm," says White & Case Washington office executive partner Victor DeSantis. In May, law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips announced its plans to relocate to a 25,500-sf space at One Metro Center.
