Kabbie's should enjoy significant visibility at Festival Marketplace, as the property sits in a high-traffic area just minutes from such major tourist attractions as Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Kingsmill. Kabbie's joins the likes of GSH Realtors, Kingsmill Jewelers, Maurizio's Italian Restaurant, and National Pancake House as a tenant at the retail site.
