Tamarac Plaza includes one five-story and two six-story buildings and was almost 90% leased at closing. Charles J. Foschini, senior director of L. J. Melody & Co.'s South Florida office; and Christian R. Lee, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis' Institutional Group, in association with Eric Tupler, senior director of L.J. Melody & Co.'s Denver office, arranged the financing through a correspondent lender on behalf of Brookwood Financial Partners.
The sale was handled by the Denver CB Richard Ellis team of Mary Sullivan, Ron Urgitus and Tim Swan. Sullivan tells GlobeSt.com Tamarac Plaza historically has enjoyed high occupancy rates because of its location between downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
