The 73,000-sf, five-story Georgian Revival-style building on the college's Journal Square campus will enable the school to double its culinary arts and hospitality programs to 500 students. The building will house eight kitchens, as well as a conference center, a 300-person banquet facility, seven general classrooms, facility offices and adjoining workspaces.
The architect for the project is Rivardo, Schnitzer & Capazzi of Cliffside Park. The firm specializes in educational projects.
