The list of tenants at the new venue has grown to 100 with the signing of the new retailers and restaurants, which include the three Gap stores--Gap, GapKids and babyGap--and a Johnny Rockets restaurant. The scheduled opening is Oct. 28, according to Forest City California, a Los Angeles-based division of Cleveland's Forest City Enterprises, which is developing the new shopping center in a joint venture with the Lewis Retail Centers division of Upland-based the Lewis Group of Cos. Glenn Miller, marketing director at Victoria Gardens, describes the newest retailers as a mix of fashion, beauty and home décor. He notes that the Victoria Gardens location will be only the second Borders in the Inland Empire and that four of the other shops will be entirely new to the Inland Empire. The new retailers will join a list of anchors that includes JCPenney, Macy's, Robinsons-May, AMC Theatres, and the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. Besides Borders, Gap and the Johnny Rockets, the new tenants will include Aldo Shoes, Bliss Accessories, Brookstone, the Buckle, Fast-Fix Jewelry Repairs, Great Khan Mongolian BBQ, Hot Dog on a Stick, L'Occitane en Provence, Panda Express, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Things Remembered and Verizon Wireless. Besides the anchors and the new tenants, other retailers at the center will include Abercrombie & Fitch, Coldwater Creek, Coach, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, PF Chang's China Bistro and California Pizza Kitchen.
