The signing, which covers a five-year term, was arranged for the tenant by managing director Barry Cohorsky and associate director Scott I. Kupersmith of the Rochelle Park, NJ office of Studley. In conjunction with American Eagle's in-house landlord rep, Greg Mechaber, Cohorsky and Kupersmith also represented Palin Enterprises.
"After looking at the alternatives in the market, American Eagle found 107 Trumbull St. to be aggressively priced for its location," according to Cohorsky. "Its proximity to the port [of Elizabeth] allows the company to readily receive container shipments from Europe."
