Prior to Bentley, she was the marketing and sales manager for local manufacturer Tub-Master LC. Winsky is a magna cum laude graduate of High Point University in High Point, NC with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, marketing and international business. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
In two of her office's newest leasing deals, Advanced Dermatology is taking 3,000 sf at 11720 Dunlawton Ave. in Port Orange and another 3,126 sf at 1120 Citrus Tower Blvd. in South Lake Medical Plaza, Clermont. Both are seven-year leases with average asking base rents of $16 to $18 per sf.
Staubach brokers Mark Stratman and Laura Malone negotiated for Advanced Dermatology in both transactions. Mark J. Graff of St. Clare Development Co. represented building owner St. Dan LLC in the Clermont lease. Ron Frederick of Prudential Transact Commercial Realty Inc. negotiated for landlords Paul F. Holub Jr. and Henry Schreiber in the Port Orange lease.
