Phelps will also provide development services to several of Ryan's national build-to-suit customers. Most recently he was a senior associate with Cresa Partners, where he provided corporate real estate counsel for clients. He has experience in both finance and real estate that Ryan officials believe will help in complex projects. After graduating from the University of Denver, Phelps joined Wells Fargo, working first in commercial banking and then moving on to real estate consulting.
