Future Logic Inc., now occupying about 7,000 sf, plans to put most of its manufacturing operation, including that in its Glendale, CA homeport, into the Allred Sky Harbor Center at 1818 E. Sky Harbor Circle, Jim Wilson with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.'s local office tells GlobeSt.com. The Future Logic deal was in the market five months before brokers stamped a lease with a $2.7-million payout over the term. "It was a nice market deal," Wilson says of a takedown that makes the first dent in shell space that delivered three years ago.

According to Wilson, the final round of talks produced a 10-year lease, with bumps, and a first right of refusal on the 22,900-sf balance of the building, owned by the Douglas Allred Co. of San Diego. Bob Crum, Mark Krison and David Carder with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s local office represent the property owner.
