In Colorado, he will immediately assume responsibility for leasing the 1700 Broadway high rise in Downtown, the 50 S. Steele St. property in Cherry Creek and the Cascades building in Greenwood Village. Before joining Broe, Neff directed leasing and marketing programs for Lowe Enterprises Colorado, Inc., managing leasing activities for a $400-million portfolio.

Over a 22-year real estate career, Neff has listed about 40 major office buildings in the metro area, including 1999 Broadway, First Interstate Tower South (Wells Fargo), Mellon Financial Center, Greenwood Corporate Plaza, Park Central and Stanford Place 3. Neff is a member of the board of directors of the Aurora Economic Development Agency, the Downtown Denver Office Council, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks Association.
