Arnold brings 20 years of commercial brokerage experience to Colliers Cauble, a 37-year-old company. Mathews says Arnold has worked with national and international companies in the design of distribution and manufacturing networks, including site location, new facility development and disposition of surplus assets.
The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors named Arnold one of the top 10 industrial brokers in metro Atlanta in 2003. Arnold holds an SIOR designation from the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors; a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee; and a master's in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
