The building, which is "highly flexible and suitable for a number of uses," according to Shreibman, is located on a 17-acre site within Cherry Hill Business Park. The layout is configured with more than 56,000 sf of office space.

Cherry Hill Business Park itself consists of a total of 35 building with more than two million sf of mixed-use space. The park is owned by First Industrial and represented by the Mt. Laurel, NJ-based NAI Mertz.
