Dallas principal W. Pretlow Riddick is leading as president and C. Christopher Harris is executive vice president, CFO and principal. In Boston, John J. Englert and Andrew S. Kaye have assumed roles as executive vice president and principal.

The quartet formed Criterion Development Partners in recent months after longtime stints at JPI Partners Inc., one of North Texas' most active nationwide multifamily developers. "Based on our prior experience working together and identifying high-value development opportunities, we believe this management team will produce projects that yield superior returns and service," Riddick says in a press release.

In the next five years, the Criterion team expects to develop more than $800 million of multifamily assets. It's actively seeking properties in New England and Texas. The service delivery roster includes acquisition, construction management, asset management and disposition.
