Malcolm Shreibman, senior vice president of the Mt. Laurel, NJ-based NAI Mertz, along with Merrill Freedman, executive vice president of the firm, negotiated the sale. The seller of the asset was Thrivent Financial for Lutherans; the buyer was a local partnership, which was not identified.

The property, located at 6851 River Rd. in this South Jersey community, has 25 tailgate docks and parking for 140 cars. According to Shreibman, the building is made up of a total of 194,000 sf of warehouse space, a 4,000-sf heated garage and an office component of 2,000 sf.
