MGM Transport was represented by first vice presidents Gary Capetta and Bill Waxman, senior associate Nick Nitti and associate Carrie Brown of the Saddle Brook, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis. The owner of the facility is the locally based Hong Woo Realty. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"We were able to achieve the best possible real estate solution for MGM Transport based on their business plan and requirements," says Brown. The signing leaves approximately 39,000 sf still available at 1 Railroad Ave., which is located in the Meadowlands industrial submarket.
