The two firms are representing the tenant, Etienne Aigner Inc., a Swiss-based distributor of women's footwear and accessories. The company had been using the facility for its catalog and online sales, but shut the operation down earlier this summer. The company's products will continue to be sold in the US through its 58 outlet stores and through third-party websites.
The building includes a total of 231,500 sf of distribution space, 29,500 sf of built-out office space and a 4,000-sf retail showroom. The office component includes a 1,000-sf computer room.
Situated on a 15-acre site, the asset underwent a major rehab in the late 1990s. The space is available for sublease through the end of January 2009.
