Brandon Famous, president, and Cathy Agnew of Conshohocken, PA-based Fameco Real Estate negotiated the Olly lease. Thomas Stemberg, founder and chairman of Staples, is a principal in Olly and three other retailers represented by Fameco: KaBloom Flowers, Zoots Dry Cleaning and Staples.
Jon Kushner, a Fameco senior partner, and Gary Leone of Fameco represented Macaroni Grill, which operates more than 200 restaurants nationwide. Terms of the Airport Square leases are undisclosed.
