The buildings were constructed in the mid to late 1970s and underwent more than $2 million in capital improvements over the past five years. They are located at the intersection of Walton Road and Township Line Road near the confluence of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Northeast extension of the turnpike and the Blue Route along I-476.
The complex is 75% occupied. Among the current tenants are PNC Bank, Verizon, Publicis, Chemlogix and Trade Service Systems. According to second-quarter reports from the Philadelphia offices of CB Richard Ellis and C&W, respectively, the average asking rental rate in this area is $23.94 per sf and $24.13 per sf.
