Triad West is a research and development office/warehouse project, which was originally designed by M+O+A Architects and constructed in 2000. It is a 150,000-sf project located beside the foothills and near the intersection of West 44th Avenue and McIntyre Street.
Pason Systems, whose parent is based in Calgary, Canada, is an industrial technology company providing design, manufacturing and rental of specialized drilling instrumentation systems for use on land-based drilling rigs. Pason's products and services include data acquisition, well site reporting software, remote communications and Internet information management tools.
