All told, the company expects to spend $12.8 million on capital investments. The company currently employs 300 people and its expansion will create another 50 jobs.
The 138-year-old company worked closely with the Colorado Office of Economic Development Trade and the Greeley/Weld Economic Development on the deal. The groups will be providing state and local incentives to Donnelley.
