The sale was arranged by Conshohocken, PA-based Fameco Real Estate Inc., which represents more than 45 retailers in the tri-state New Jersey/Pennsylvania/Delaware region. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
With its latest store, Aldi has a total of 700 stores in the eastern US, and approximately 5,000 around the world, including Europe and Australia. And besides its retail tenant representation, Fameco holds the leasing exclusive for 64 retail properties totaling 13.5 million sf, and manages more than three million sf of retail space.
