Triad Investments is best known locally for its planned 1,259-home venture in Kelly Plantation, a 222-acre mixed-use project on Kelly Road, south of Jonesboro Road in Henry County. Triad plans 377 single-family homes, 538 multifamily units, 92 gated cluster homes, 108 traditional-designed homes in a neighborhood development and 144 commercial multifamily units, according to a preliminary development application filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
