The recent signees included Bed Bath & Beyond, which took a total of 20,000 sf, and Modell's sporting goods, which leased 18,000 sf. The other leases were concluded with the Rag Shop for 16,814 sf, and Hobby Town USA, which took just under 3,480 sf.
Located in Sussex County in northernmost New Jersey, Hampton Plaza draws from a trade area that includes New York and Pennsylvania. "As a 20-year resident of Sussex County, it has been most satisfying to participate in bringing a higher quality of retailer into the area," says Weiss.
