Delgorio, EastRidge Properties director of leasing and marketing, says, "We teamed up with Colliers/ABR to lease up these large spaces that are currently available." She believes Collier's will provide excellent support with its global contacts.

She adds that the Colliers assignment is for support of EastRidge's leasing efforts on the large-space availabilities and that EastRidge retains leasing responsibilities for the entire 14-building portfolio in Westchester County, which totals 1.5 million sf. The portfolio, located in four office parks on Westchester Avenue, is owned by the General Motors Salaried Pension Fund.

Delgorio says that the large space availabilities included in the Colliers contract are: 26,618 sf at 701 Westchester Ave.; approximately 27,000 sf on the first floor and 14,600 sf on the second floor at 709 Westchester Ave. that was formerly occupied by Snapple Beverages; and 23,468 sf on the first floor at 777 Westchester Ave. that was formerly the home of Kraft General Foods Federal Credit Union. There is also approximately 29,500 sf which entails the entire second floor of 2700 Westchester Ave. formerly occupied by Aetna.

Also available is the entire 103 Corporate Park Dr. building that will be vacated soon by Diageo, which is relocating its operations there to Norwalk, CT. EastRidge Properties recently announced that it plans to begin a $4-million renovation program at the building by the spring of next year.
