Now, the new owner has renamed the asset, Your Name Center at the Bridge. "At the Bridge," of course, refers to the George Washington Bridge, the entrance to which stands a few feet way. "Your Name Center" is an incentive to get the 17,000-sf top floor of the three-story building leased.
"Tenants who lease the entire top floor will be given the opportunity to purchase signage on the building," explains Jim Hersh, first vice president of GVA Williams in Parsippany, NJ, which was hired by Palisades Financial to lease and manage the asset. "It's a great incentive to lease space at this facility."
The asset offers five levels of covered parking and features a three-level atrium.
