Lear is a supplier of automotive interior components and has been based here since 1967. It has outgrown its current headquarters, Stephens says.
"We'd like to bring everyone together to get rid of the inefficiencies and communication problems," he says. "We think the campus will be a nice showcase for Southfield and a catalyst for further development."
