With 22 years of management experience in the construction industry, Hallquist most recently worked at Adolfson & Peterson Construction of Minneapolis, where he served as a senior vice president managing its corporate marketing and business development program. His career also includes vice president positions with Minnesota companies Stahl Construction Co. and Lovering Associates.
