Mitchell Jacoby and Joe Doyle of Cresa Partners Boston, a corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation, represented Yankee Alliance, while Jim Boudrot of NAI/Hunneman represented property owner Shattuck Office Center LLC, a subsidiary of Advance Realty Group, a Bedminster, NJ-based real estate development company. Yankee Alliance will use the space as its new headquarters location.

The three-story, 62,806-sf building is in the Route 495 corridor, near the intersection of Routes 93 and 495 and 25 minutes from Downtown Boston. The building is nearly fully occupied with about 2,000 sf available. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is approximately $18 per sf.
