Bucks receives a total of just over $4.7 million for five projects. The largest is approximately $1.4 million for TC Millwork's consolidation from three locations in Bensalem to a new 104,000-sf factory there. Nearly $1.3 million will jump-start a 34,000-sf building at the Franklin Corporate Center in Warminster. The remainder is split among three projects: purchase and renovation of a 67,752-sf architectural metal plant in Bensalem, acquisition and refurbishment of a 39,720-sf injection molding plant in Fallsington, and the purchase of a facility currently leased by a maker of medical devices.
Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp. obtains a little more than $2 million for three projects, the largest of which is to acquire and renovate the three-building, 119,800-sf former Atlantic Metals property on Orthodox Street in Philadelphia. The remaining funding is split between Advanced Sports' purchase of a 70,674-sf facility on Dutton Road and the acquisition of a 23,530-sf building on Gantry Road for two tenants.
Berks County will split $770,000 in total financing between acquisition of a 27,120-sf facility in Reading and a 45,000-sf building in Topton. The other seven counties receive funding for a single project in each.
With a loan of nearly $1.3 million, Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corp. will acquire and develop 152 acres in North Lebanon Township for creation of the North Lebanon Business Park. Fugate & Associates, a printer-cartridge recycling company in Erie County obtains nearly $1.8 million to construct a 69,000-sf facility. The other awards range in size from $199,200 for a new building in Selinsgrove in Snyder County to $660,000 for the acquisition and renovation of a three-tenant, 88,426-sf building in Harrisburg in Dauphin County.
