He spent eight years splitting his time between the firm's commercial real estate activities and branch administrative duties. At Signature Realty & Development, Densmore will work with sales partner William Pellatt and company vice president Byron Carter.
Lester Salisbury, an 18-year professional with a background in general real estate activities and new homes sales in Florida and Massachusetts, replaces Densmore as branch manager in the Bay Hill office. Signature Realty & Development is based in the Millenia Lakes Office Center near the 1.3-million-sf Mall at Millenia in southwest Orlando.
Densmore says Signature GMAC is Central Florida's largest locally owned and operated real estate company with eight offices and 200 sales agents.
