Located off I-270, 1450 Research Blvd. was developed in 1980 on a nearly 11-acre parcel of land. Today the office facility is fully leased to Westat, which remained in the building during a renovation process that was conducted in phases. Both interior and exterior work was completed, including construction of a new food service area, as well as a 30,000-sf office build-out.
