The building itself is on what is locally referred to as the "Park Avenue corporate row" in this Morris County community. The building was constructed in 2001, and the available space has never been occupied, according to Robert Fisher, director of leasing for the Rutherford-based Lincoln Equities.
"180 Park Ave. clearly offers numerous strategic advantages," according to Fisher, who says that the available space involves a single floor plate on the first floor.
Lincoln Equities currently operates a portfolio of more than 2.2 million sf of class A office space. The company's institutional partners include Investcorp and Crow Holdings.
