Victory Housing Inc. developed the $6.4 million multifamily project, which was made possible by both public and private funding. Among the contributions, a US Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 202 Capital Grant in the amount of $5.8 million and a $340,000 loan from Prince George's County. And the Maryland department of Housing and Community development made $100,000 in grants available for the endeavor. "Trinity Terrace is a shining example of Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.'s commitment to increase the availability of affordable housing in Prince George's County and throughout the state," DHCD deputy secretary Shawn S. Karimian says.
