SEATTLE-The self storage REIT taps Dev Ghose, a CPA who from 1986-2003 was part of the executive leadership of Health Care Property Investors, a public REIT. The appointment follows a series of management changes sparked by Sarbanes-Oxley and the November resignation of its former auditor, Deloitte & Touche LLP.
