Robert Bowman of the West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty has the assignment on behalf of JavaMoon Café, which maintains its headquarters here. From its initial location, JavaMoon Café has already expanded to sites in Shrewsbury, Manasquan, Lawrenceville, Manalapan and Wall. Additional New Jersey locations are slated to open by the end of the year in Brick, Toms River, East Windsor and East Brunswick.

JavaMoon is looking for blocks of space in the 3,000- to 4,000-sf range, according to Bowman. The site search is focusing on such New Jersey communities as Marlton, Moorestown, Stafford Township, Voorhees and Westfield.
