The tenant, an information services company serving the fields of law, taxes, accounting, higher education, finance, research and healthcare took 11,600 sf in a sublease in Newark, NJ for its Thomson Financial division. The company's Gale Group took a total of 34,000 sf of office space in Burlington, MA. Further details of the signings were not disclosed.
The two last signings bring Garibaldi's total representation of Thomson Corp.'s real estate needs past 400,000 sf of office space in 15 states. The largest of the deals was the completion of a 128,000-sf office lease for its Micromedics Division in Green Village, CO, a transaction that was done with Garibaldi's Corfac affiliate, Bitzer Real Estate Partners.
