In the largest deal, the Travelers Insurance Co. took 20,320 sf for corporate offices. Cushman & Wakefield of NJ's Joseph Sarno and Jeremy Neuer represented the tenant.
Also, News America Marketing, an entertainment and news agency, took 5,000 sf. CBRE spoke for both sides, with Scott Pudalov, executive vice president, and Alan Wildes, senior vice president of the firm's New York City office, along with senior associate John Kaye and associate Oscar Velez of CBRE's New Jersey office repped the tenant.
In the other signings, Tierra Solutions, an environmental management firm repped by C&W's Sarno and Neuer, leased 3,800 sf; Ameriquest Mortgage Co., repped by Drew Persson of GVA Williams, took just over 3,400 sf; and Wachovia Securities, spoken for by GVA Williams' Colton Brown, re-upped for 3,000 sf.
