The three-story building, which Lincoln and ING recently repositioned as a class A building, is currently available in its entirety. Senior vice president Mike Taylor and senior leasing directors Peter Zaslowe and Rick Genthe will head the assignment for Lincoln which has its New Jersey offices in Edison and Parsippany.
The new ownership is looking to accommodate users from as small as 2,500 sf to the entire facility, according to Zaslowe. Kwartler has indicated that it will further upgrade the building with a full-service café and a new air-conditioning system.
