The lease brings the 21-year-old, 48,768-sf building to 100% occupancy. Tampa-based Alliance Commercial Partners, the property's owner, renovated the building at 237 S. Westmonte Blvd. in 1997. The average asking base rent range is $18 to $19 per sf.
Mark Stratman, senior vice president and managing principal of Staubach Co.'s Orlando corporate services division, negotiated the lease for Columbus, OH-based M/I Homes. Tim Perry, director of office services in the Orlando office Advantis Real Estate Services Co., represented the landlord.
