Some area residents have told the county the amount of planned units is too intense for the development site on the old Centennial Golf Club off GA 92. The developer has offered to donate 43 acres for a new school site to get the rezoning.
The commission is split on the density figure but probably will settle the suit out of course if the number of planned homes is reduced by about 300, area brokers familiar with the project and the dispute tell GlobeSt.com.
