Dolphin was represented by Hanson and Gallagher, along with Adam Wicker and Dave Smith of the Irvine office of Lee & Associates. Hanson and Gallagher also represented buyer RJ Realty Investors of Newport Beach recently when Dolphin sold a 32,701-sf office property at 24800 Chrisanta in Mission Viejo for $5.5 million.
The two Dolphin deals joined a group of office and industrial transactions that closed recently in Irvine and South Orange County, including the $1.5 million sale of a 10,156-sf industrial building at 1681 Kettering in Irvine. GA Services, an information technology consulting firm, purchased the building in Irvine to house its corporate headquarters, according to Gary Allen of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office.
Allen, who represented the buyer, reports that GA is slated to occupy the facility this month. The company will be relocating from 8,000 square feet of leased space in Irvine. Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Costa Mesa-based Guthrie Development.
