Most of the building's space has been pre-leased to Gold's Gym. Renovations are expected to begin shortly, and Gold's is slated to take occupancy in the late spring of next year. Some 12,800 sf of space is still available and is being marketed for medical and office uses.

Paul McArthur, Ray Disch and Mark Bennison of Trillium Realty Advisors, Hopewell, NJ, represented McNeill Properties in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed. Trillium is also the owner's rep for the medical/office component of the building.

"I expect there to be a great deal of interest in the medical services community in co-locating with a Gold's Gym facility," says Ed McNeill, principal owner of McNeill Properties. "With the increased emphasis on fitness as a lifestyle, medical services are a natural partner to a Gold's Gym."
