In a prepared statement, Cheri O'Neil, a real estate professional for 20 years and managing director and branch manager of the new Studley office, says only that "our move to Studley is an excellent opportunity for us" in working with "a national firm that is known for its unique team-oriented platform and a collaborative, entrepreneurial corporate culture with expertise in executing the larger more complex commercial real estate transactions."

O'Neil is a former vice president with Lincoln Property Co. of Florida in Tampa. Other new team members are Shane O'Neil, John Espositio, Jon Slater, Amy Novak and Susana Suco. The new office is at 4830 W. Kennedy Blvd.

Shane O'Neil, a former senior vice president at Carter and a 12-year professional, represented corporate clients requiring relocations. He becomes a senior managing director with Studley.

Espositio, managing director at Studley, was a financial consultant with UBS Paine Webber and Prudential Securities in Tampa before joining Carter. He has been in the real estate business for six years. Slater, also a managing director at Studley, has 11 years of experience representing tenants.

Suco and Novak bring more than 13 years of collective commercial real estate experience to Studley in their new roles as leasing administrators.

Gregory Katz, Studley's senior vice president and branch manager of the Florida office in Fort Lauderdale, calls the former Carter professionals "extremely talent brokers."

He says "their experience and proven track record in handling tenant-representation transactions in the Tampa and Orlando markets will be an asset to our continued growth throughout the state." Katz adds, "We anticipate great synergies between the two Florida offices."
