The Townhomes at Riverfront Park will range in price from $615,000 to $1.1 million and in size from 1,800 sf to 2,400 sf. There will be a total of 23 residences for sale, all with at least three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage, a study, a private stoop and entrance and an option for a rooftop deck. The three-story townhomes will also feature wood and brick siding. OZ Architecture is designing the townhomes and Pinkard Construction is the general contractor.
East West Partners-Denver began building in the Central Platte Valley about four years ago. Its first three buildings are sold out.
However, it still is selling units in Creekside from the $200,000 range to the $400,000 range, in Delgany from $500,000 to $1 million and the Brownstones from $975,000 to $2.6 million.
