"With the 10-year Treasury being at 42-year historic lows it made sense for the buyer and seller to share the $500,000 prepayment penalty in order to maximize the seller's value and the buyer's return," explains Edwards. The shopping center in the southeastern metro area, with easy access to the Denver International Airport from the E-470 toll road, serves one of the fastest growing submarkets in the metro area.
